- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of disc brake friction linings for diesel and electric traction vehicles to the company Koleje Dolnośląskie S.A. 2. The procedure is conducted in the form of an unlimited regulatory tender based on provisions of the Regulations for awarding orders at Koleje Dolnośląskie S.A., to which the provisions of the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law - sub-threshold sectoral procurement, do not apply. 3. Detailed description of the subject orders, requirements and expectations of the Ordering Party are given in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ - III part of the SIWZ) and in the Contract Template (WU - II part of the SIWZ), which constitute an integral part of the SIWZ.4. The deadline for completing the order was specified in point 5 of the SIWZ IDW and in paragraph 7 section 1 of the Contract Template (Part II of the ToR). 5.
