- 1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of disinfection products in the place indicated by the Employer. A detailed list of assortment is included in Annex 2 - the price form attached to SWZ, CPV code: 33631600-8 - antiseptics and disinfectants. Subject of the contract It is divided into 14 sets.
As part of the part, all items should be offered. Failure to complete any position within the part will result in the rejection of the offer.
2. It is required that each single copy of the offered product is equipped
Collective packaging should be equipped with a trading label prepared in Polish, in the same label. The trade label should contain at least the following information:
2.1. Road and agent name
2.2. The manufacturer's expression
23 series number
24 validity
3. The subject of the contract must be marked in accordance with applicable law and approved for trading and use in Poland, have the necessary approvals and certificates, permits, if required by relevant provisions.
4. The technical parameters given in the attachments should be treated as a meeting formula minimum requirements. The elements proposed by contractors may not have parameters worse than given as a model.
5. The payment period is up to 60 days from the date of receipt of the correctly issued invoice.
