Description:
1. The subject of the contract is: Delivery of disposable equipment for ablation treatments for the Poviat Hospital in Radomsko
2. The order of the contract has been divided into 1 part/ task.
3. The setting scope of the order was specified in Annex 1 to SWZ and to the contract - the range of price -price. It is required to meet all the conditions saved in the assortment and price form.
