Description:
1. The subject of the contract are successive delivery by the Contractor of Surgical Embroterances, hereinafter referred to as the Commercial Form, described in detail in the content of the price form constituting Annex 2 to SWZ and in accordance with the planned provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex 4 to thisSWZ.
2. Specific description of the subject of the contract:
Task No. 1 - Delivery of sets for ENT operations and delivery of sets for cardiac surgery;
Task No. 2 - Delivery of tapes, cartridges, tests, indicators for sterilization, shields, PCD tub, labels, foils, filters and identifiersfor sterilization containers;
Task No. 3 - Delivery of non -made cellulose rollers; Task noLitotrypsja (PCNL);
Task No. 7 - Deliveries of the operational field covering - universal sets;
Task No. 8 - Deliveries of the operational field covering - sets for transmitting operations (Tur);
Task No. 9 - Delivery of post -child sewing sets;
Task No. 10 - Deliveries of the operational field -Pediatric sets;
Task No. 11 - Deliveries of the operational field covering - sets for eye surgery;
Task No. 12 - Delivery of idle compresses with X -ray thread and sterile self -adhesive dressings with lymphatic insert;
