Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of disposable, highly specialized medical equipment for minimally invasive surgical procedures and gastric reduction to the Municipal Hospital. Franciszek Raszeja in Poznań.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the order including information about the assortment, quantities and its technical and operational parameters are specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Assortment and Price Form), which is an integral part thereof.
3. The Ordering Party does not impose any restrictions as to the origin of the Contractor or the subject of the order in terms of market availability and being a participant in these proceedings.
