Description:
1. The subject of the order is delivery along with bringing in disposable instrumentation and equipment for the Endoscopic Laboratory in the assortment
and in the quantities specified in Appendix 2 to the IDW - Assortment and Quantity Form.
2. The offered subject of the contract must meet the requirements of the Ordering Partyspecified in the Assortment and Quantity Form, be brand new and ready for use as intended without making additional purchases, cannot be reconditioned equipment and cannot be used earlier by another user.
3. The offered subject of the ordermust be admitted to trading and use as a medical device (applies only to medical devices).
4. The Ordering Party allows the submission of tenders for individual parts of the contract. This contract consists of 6 lots. An offer may be made for one or more lots.
