The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of disposable materials, medical and non -medical devices for the "Poddębicki Centrum Zdrowie" Sp. z o.o. in Poddębice, divided into 100 packages in quantities and the assortment specified in Annex 2 to SWZ - an assortment and price form.A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been specified in the assortment and price form - Annex 2 to SWZ.
The Ordering Party allows you to submit partial offers. The offer may cover the entire subject of the order or selected parts - packages, and if the package covers more than one item,The offer for its validity in this package must be submitted to all its items. The contractor may submit an offer for one, several or all packages. Contractors are excluded from the procedure for awarding the contract, in relation to which any of the circumstances indicated in art. 108 para.1 POPPS and art. 109 para. 1 point 4 of the POP. The contracting authority does not set the conditions for participation in the proceedings. Languages in which order documents are officially available: Polish.
