Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of one -off medical devices for the central operating block to the hospital in Łęczna. The subject of the contract was described in detail and specified in Annex 2 to SWZ. The subject of the contract is divided into 7 sets:

Set No. 2 Medical devices, Elektroda33141000-0; one-off, non-chemical medical and hematological articles
Set No. 3 Medical devices, working tip for hydrochurgical wound purification 33141400-4; cutters and knives surgical, surgical gloves
Set No. 4 Medical devices, working tip for hydrochurgical wound purification33141400-4; cutters and surgical knives, surgical gloves
Set No. 5 Medical devices, nets 33141100-1 dressings, clamps, seams, garters
Set No. 6 medical devices, nets 33141100-1 dressings, clamps, seams, garters
