Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of disposable medical devices for the Gynecology Operating Theater and the Reproductive Health Center. 2. A detailed description and method of order execution is included in the OPZ, constituting Annex No. 1-16 to the SWZ. Contractor can submit an offer for any number of tasks. 3. If the documentation indicates trademarks, patents or origins, sources or a specific process that characterizes the products - the Ordering Party allows offering equivalent solutions. The ordering party will indicate in the description of the subject of the contract the criteria used to assess equivalence. 4.The expiry date of the delivered assortment must be - min. 12 months from the date of delivery of the goods to the registered office of the Ordering Party.
