Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of one-off medical devices for the UKS-2 PUM in Szczecin (hereinafter referred to as "products").
and the description of the products includes the unit price form (Annex 2 to SWZ, hereinafter also as FCj).
medical - within the meaning of the Act on medical devices (Journal of Laws 2024.1620, as amended), hereinafter: "UOWM", placed on the market and use on the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable regulations.
That on all medical devices subject to UDI requirements there were data in two forms: readable for man (alphanumeric signs) and readable for scanners (GS1 code - EAN128 or GS1 -Datamatrix).
