Description:
1. The subject of this order is: Delivery of disposable medical equipment for the Health Care Complex, ul. Baczyńskiego 1, 55-200 Oława.
2. The order covers 124 tasks.
3. The quantities, characteristics and technical and operational parameters of the subject of the order are specified in the Annexconnections no. 1, 5 and 9 to the tender specifications (SWZ).
4. The quantities included in Annex 9 are indicative. The ordering party will successively determine the size of the order (type and number of items to be delivered) depending on the needs.
5. Contractor nie will demand the fulfillment of the full quantity of the subject of the order described in Annex No. 9, and will not demand compensation from the Ordering Party in this respect, provided that the Ordering Party will use no less than 50% of the assortment.
