1. The subject of the order is the supply of disposable medical equipment (devices). laboratory diagnostics performed at the Central Clinical Laboratory of the National Institute of Geriatrics, Rheumatology and Rehabilitation in Warsaw, together with the lease of equipment for measuring blood sedimentation. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in this SWZ and:
1) Annex No. 1 form offers;
2) Annex No. 2 assortment and price form;
3) Annex No. 2A - list of required parameters;
4) Annex No. 4 - draft contract (including attachments).
The ordering party did not divide the order into parts due to: already the indivisibility of its object. Artificial division of the contract would be unreasonable and could jeopardize the proper performance of the contract. Pursuant to recital 78 and 79 of the preamble to the Classical Directive 2014/24/EU, the contracting authority is free to decide autonomously on the advisability of dividing the contract in parts on any basis it deems appropriate, taking into account its needs in this respect, in particular taking into account the scope of the subject of the contract.
The Ordering Party does not require the Contractor to conduct an on-site visit before submitting the offer.
The ordering party does not require a deposit.
Ordering party does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Law.
