The subject of the order is delivery. Delivery disposable medical equipment (device) for laboratory diagnostics performed at the Central Clinical Laboratory of the National Institute of Geriatrics, Rheumatology and Rehabilitation in Warsaw, including the lease of equipment for measuring blood sedimentation. Detailed description of the subject of the order is included in this SWZ and: 1) Annex No. 1 - offer form; 2) Annex No. 2 - assortment and price form; 3) Annex No. 2A - list of required parameters; 4) Annex No. 4 - draft agreement (together with attachments). 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The ordering party did not divide the order into parts due to the indivisibility of its subject matter. Artificial division of the contract would be unreasonable and could jeopardize proper execution orders. Pursuant to recitals 78 and 79 of the preamble to the Classical Directive 2014/24/EU, the contracting authority is free to decide autonomously on the advisability of dividing the contract into lots on any basis it considers appropriate, guided by this scope of its needs, in particular taking into account the scope of the subject of the contract. The Ordering Party does not require the Contractor to conduct an on-site visit before submitting the offer. The ordering party does not require a deposit. The Ordering Party does not anticipate awarding orders referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Law.
