Description:
The subject of the order is divided into seven partial orders (packages).
As part of the subject of the order, the contractor will provide:
- successive delivery of the assortment specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Price Form, called the subject of delivery;
- for package no. 5 - the Contractor will additionally lease A generator and a lithotripsy cable are provided to the Ordering Party for the entire duration of the contract.
Package No. 1
As part of the subject of the order, the contractor will ensure the successive delivery of the assortment specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Price form: Sheath for vascular access with a needle and microguidewire - 150 pcs., Sheath reinforced vascular - 200 pcs., Supporting catheter for difficult passages - 145 pcs., Hydrophilic guidewires - 800 pcs., Torquer for guide manipulation - 100 pcs., Devices for closing the vascular access after surgery - 400 pcs., Carotid stent - 30 pcs.
