Description: The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of disposable medical materials in the assortments and quantities given in the price form constituting Annex 2 to SWZ and in accordance with the planned provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex 4 to this SWZ.
The Employer informs that in the subject proceedings conducted in an open tender procedure provides for the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in art. 139 para. 1 of the Act The Employer, using the said procedure, will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer was the highest assessed in the scope of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
