Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of disposable medical materials for the Independent Public Health Care Center in Sokołka. A detailed description of the subject of the order and quantity is included in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ - Assortment and price form.
Detailed conditions for the implementation of the item the order is specified in the draft contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.
441 PZP provides for the option right granted on the terms referred to in this agreement. The option right reserved for the Ordering Party consists in the possibility of demanding delivery of the subject of the contract in the scope of i the price specified in Annex 1 to this agreement. Each time, the condition for triggering the option right is the Ordering Party's declaration of will to perform the order under the option right, specifying the scope of execution of the order awarded under the option right. The contractor cannot refuse to implement option rights, provided that they were activated within the dates provided for in this agreement. The execution of an order covered by the option right is the right, not the obligation, of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the right of option when executing the order, which means that the Ordering Party may increase the order execution by 40% in relation to the basic scope of the order specified in § 1 section 1, with the reservation that the Contractor is not entitled to any claim against the Ordering Party if the Ordering Party under the option right n...
