Description:
1. The sector procurement procedure is conducted under the open tender procedure pursuant to the provisions of the Act of September 11, 2019 (Journal of Laws, item 2019, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the PPL Act.
2. The procedure is conducted in Polish.
3. Information obligation resulting fromfrom Article 13 para. 1 and 2 of the GDPR (EU) are met on the website of PGG S.A. in the GDPR tab.
4. The contracting authority, pursuant to Art. 393 paragraph. 1 point 4) of the Public Procurement Law, will reject an offer in which the share of products originating from the Member States of the European Union, countries with which the European Union has concludedagreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs or countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25 / EU apply pursuant to a Council decision, shall not exceed 50%.
