- 1 The obligated supplier will be a successive delivery of a minimum of 25m3 of the distilled decoction in accordance with the schedule agreed with the ordering at least 5 timesduring the week 2. The Ordering Party provides for the right of a quantitatively option consisting of the deadline for the execution of the fall from 24 to 36 months and the reference of the amount of delivered goods from 10,000 m3 to 15,000 m3. The change will have the forms of an annex tocontracts.
