Description:
The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services and the collection of electricity from the Employer (prosumer) within the meaning of the Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Law" for the Provincial Specialist Hospital Saint. Jadwiga in Opole in accordance with Annex 1a and Annex 6 to SWZ.
The Employer informs that the amount of 864,000 kWh is an estimated value based on energy consumption for the last 13 months. Ordering It will settle real consumption for electricity based on current meter readings for the unit price contained in Annex 1a to the contract. The forecasted electricity consumption provided by the Employer during the period of the contract is only informative, the servant To compare offers, it is not a commitment to the contracting authority to buy electricity in the given amount. The Contractor will not be entitled to any claim for not collecting the expected amount of electricity by the Ordering Party.
