Description:
The subject of the fall is the supply of dosimetric films for detection of photon radiation in the number of 85,000 pieces and necessary for their cause of their chemical reagents, i.e. a 120 -liter call in the quantiter and a fixer in the issue of 90 liters. Dosimetric movies must have dimensions External (along with packaging) 33 mm x 44 mm, i.e. those that make it possible to place them in dosimetric cassettes used at the Institute of Occupational Medicine in the department. 2. Dosimetric films need to convent PN-ISO 1757 or rawed requirements, in accordance with art. 101 para. 4 of the PZP.2.1 Act in accordance with art. 101 paragraph 5 and art. 105 para. 4, the contractor proposing the rushed solution should, together with the ZOY offers, indicating the evidence in the proposal that the proposed solution in a raised degree of convenience is the requirements of the abovementioned standards. 3. The supplied chemical reagents have to make non -automatic reference to dosimetric films. 4. On the osoon of the village-based dosimemetric film must be a slid-coded coded code from 8 creatures of the non-representative creation.
