Description:
The subject of this order is the delivery of dressing materials. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in Annex 2 to the specification of the terms of the contract. The subject of the contract free from physical and legal defects, factory new, not used earlier by third parties, In particular, it did not serve as an item used for demonstration purposes and is of good quality. The offered medical devices covered by the subject of the contract must meet the requirements set out in the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620). Marking supplied materials, instructions for use, product descriptions must be made in Polish. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with all the requirements of the Ordering Party indicated in SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to submit an offer for the whole given/data selected/selected By it, taking into account all the items of a given part.
