- The subject of the order are the supply of dressing materials and specialist dressings. The offered subject of the contract must comply with the requirements of the Ordering Party described in SWZ and with the legal provisions in force in Poland. In addition, the subject of the contract must have a CE designation, declarationscompliance, approvals, certificates and registration certificates if required by law. Medical devices must also have certificates of allowance and use in Polish healthcare facilities. The Contractor undertakes to provide the above documents for each callOrdering Party.
