- The subject of the order is the supply of dressing materials, including specialist dressings and sets for vacuum treatment of wounds in conditions of negative pressure and various medical devices (CPV: 33.14.11.10-4, 33.14.11.11-1, 33.19.00-8, 33.12.41.00-6) for the needs of Copernicus CIRZECZYCZY SP. z o.o. in Gdańsk, whose detailed description, assortment and estimated quantities contain an assortment and price form-Annex 1 to SWZ (Part 1-67). The offered items of the order must be complete, with a high standard, both in terms of quality and functionality, as well Free from material, construction and legal defects. The offered subject of the contract must be approved for marketing and use in accordance with applicable law.
The subject of the contract must comply with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws 2022 item 974 of 2022.05.09) - if concerned. In all SWZ entries and its attachments, in which the manager refers to standards, approval, technical specifications or reference systems, or trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or devices) are indicated, in accordance with art. 99 paragraph 5 and art. 101 para. 4 of the PZP Act, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions.
