Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of dressings and cover in accordance with the description presented in packages 1 - 24 constituting Annex 1 to SWZ - assortment - quantitative -price forms.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract, List of the required border parameters covereddelivery of those listed in para. 1 contain an assortment and quantitative form with a description, constitutes Annexes No. 1 to SWZ in detailed parts of packages from 1 to 25 to the offer, which is an integral part of it, and then an integral part of the delivery contract. Listed on the orderData (parameters) and all indications regarding the device (components) should be understood as a definition of technical parameters or quality standards.
3. In the event of deficiencies in Annex 1 to SWZ (assortment and quantitative form), among others, EAN 13 codes, commercial nameProduct, the attachment will not be supplemented pursuant to art. 223 section 1 and the offer will be rejected pursuant to art. 226 para. 1 point 5) of the PZP Act.
4. The landlord allows the valuation of the subject of the contract in a package other than requested by the Ordering Party, with the quantityPackaging must be converted so that the number of pieces is in line with SWZ.
