- 1. The subject of this order is: delivery of dressings and covering as well as medicines and equipment. Supplement to the healthcare team, ul. Baczyńskiego 1, 55-200 Oława.
2. The order covers 45 tasks.
3. Quantities, characteristics and technical and utility parameters of the subject of the contractSpecified in Annexes No. 1, 5 and 9 to the specification of the terms of the contract (SWZ).
4. The quantities contained in Annex 9 are landmarks. The contracting authority will gradually determine the size of the order as the needs (the type and number of articles to be provided) each time.
5. The contractor will not demand the implementation of the full amount of the subject of the contract described in Annex 9, and will not demand compensation from the contracting authority in this respect, with the proviso that the Employer will use not less than 50 % of the range.
