Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of driving and rolling bogies for diesel traction vehicles of the SA134 and SA135 series to the company Koleje Dolnośląskie S.A.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, requirements and expectations of the Ordering Party are provided in the Contract Template (WU-II part of SWZ) and in Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ - III part of SWZ), constituting an integral part of SWZ.
139 section 1 Pzp, the Ordering Party informs that it will apply the so-called "reverse procedure", i.e. - first examine and evaluate offers, and then perform subjective qualification of the contractor, whose offer was rated the highest, in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
4. The Ordering Party does not plan to select the most advantageous offer using an electronic auction.
5. The proceedings are conducted in Polish using means electronic communication, i.e. via the Purchasing Platform (hereinafter referred to as the Platform) at https://kd.eb2b.com.pl. Using the Shopping Platform is free of charge. All declarations, notices, explanations and other documents in the proceedings in question and the agreement are prepared in Polish language.
