task 2- megluminian Tafamidisu Capsus Soft- NFZ drug program
The contracting authority allows you to submit partial offers.
Parts of the order are individual tasks specified above, i.e. tasks from 1 to2.
The Ordering Party informs that the Contractor may submit an offer to a maximum of 2 tasks (without limiting the number of tasks per contractor).
A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes Annex 2b.
3.3. The contracting authority is related to the subject of the contract:
1) the offered medicinal product must haveapprovals, certificates and be registered in accordance with the law requiring the possession of approvals, certificates and registration,
2) the offered medicinal product must be placed on the market in accordance with the requirements of the Act of September 6, 2001 Pharmaceutical Law consoluits (Journal of Laws of 2024.item 686, as amended),
3) the offered medicinal product must correspond to the standards or technical specifications in force for this product.
3.4. The application allows the possibility of using equivalent products, i.e. with chemical, physical and quality parameters not worse than specified in SWZ -Only
in relation to products whose origin was determined by the Employer by indicating trademarks, patents or origin.
