2. The offered subject of the contract must meet the requirements of the contracting authority listed
in the assortment and quantity form, be Factory new and ready to use as intended without making additional purchases.
3. The offered subject of the contract must be approved for marketing and use as a medicinal product (applies only to medicines).
4. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to implement accompanying services (e.g. transport, insurance for transport, loading, unloading, etc.) necessary for the proper performance of the contract.
5. The terms of the contract are also specified in the contract template (part II SWZ).
6. The Ordering Party allows submission of offers for individual parts of the order. This order consists of 22 parts. The offer can be submitted in relation to one or more parts.
