The subject of the contract is:

The contracting authority does not allow partial offers.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2B.
3.3. The contracting authority is related to the subject of the contract:
1) The offered medicinal product must have approvals, certificates and be registered in accordance with
with laws requiring the possession of approvals, certificates and registration,
2) The offered medicinal product must be placed on the market in accordance with the requirements of the Act of September 6, 2001 pharmaceutical consolidated text (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 686 as amended),
The contracting authority allows the possibility of using equivalent products, i.e. with chemical, physical and parameters qualitatively not worse than specified in SWZ - only
In relation to products whose origin was determined by the Employer by indicating trademarks, patents or origin.
The contracting authority allows the possibility of offering equivalent products specified in SWZ
i.e. equivalent pharmaceutically and therapeutically and reimbursed by the National Health Fund.
