- 1. The subject of the contract is the purchase together with the delivery of medical products on behalf of the Ordering Party in accordance with the Act of 6 September 2001 Pharmaceutical Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2301), taking into account the minimum quality requirements relating to elements (including main elements)consisting of the subject of the contract in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of November 9, 2015 on the requirements of good manufacturing practice (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1273), described in detail in Annex 2 to SWZ - assortment and price form and in Annex 6 to SWZ- planned contractual provisions.
2. The subject of the order was divided into 6 parts hereinafter referred to as "packages" described in detail in Annex 2 to SWZ - the assortment and price form. The contracting authority does not limit the number of parts in which the Contractor may submit an offer or indicatesthe maximum number of parts for which the order can be given to the same contractor,
Package No. 1 - oral forms of medicines/ International medicines
Package No. 2 - drugs for external use and drugs in the form of inhalation/ internist drugs
Package No. 3 - medicines used primarily in anesthesia and anesthesiaIntensive therapy
Package No. 4 - painkillers
Package No. 5 - skin disinfection products referenced as drugs + other products
for skin disinfection
Package No. 6 - Products for surgical irrigation
