- The subject of the order is the delivery of drugs to support drug programs in Packages No. 1, No. 2, No. 4, No. 6 - No. 7, dialysis fluid, special purpose nutritional agents, medicinal products and pregnancy tests along with drug detection tests for SPSZZ "Zdroje". ItemOrders are divided into 11 parts called packages. The Employer allows for partial offers. The offer should cover the entire subject of the contract in a given package.
The contracting authority provides - in the package (task) No. 1 - No. 4, No. 6 - No. 7 - conclusion of the framework agreement:
1) Conclusion of the contractFramework due to the specificity of the subject of the contract with one contractor;
2) awarding the contract - in accordance with art. 313 paraDrug B 17
