Description:
Delivery of an echocardiograph. The subject of the order includes: - one-off delivery of the subject of the order, the required technical parameters of which are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, as well as training of the Ordering Party's staff referred to in points 72-73 of Annex No. 3 to SWZ - up to 40 days from the date of signing the contract, - full warranty and service included in the offer price: a minimum of 24 months for the delivered subject of the order from the date of protocol acceptance of the subject of the contract, - warranty for the subject of the order: from the protocol date acceptance of the subject of the contract on the terms and within the deadline specified in the Civil Code. The Ordering Party requires that the implementation of the subject of the order be carried out in accordance with the DNSH principle ("do no serious damage") for environmental purposes resulting from Art. 17 Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18/06/2020 and the conditions set out in Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 February 2021 establishing an Instrument for Recovery and Reconstruction Resilience Framework (RRF) and guidelines regarding the National Recovery Plan, while maintaining horizontal policies, in particular the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination and the principle of equal opportunities.
