The order includes:
Delivery of gallium effusion cells for the MBE Gen20A machine
Part 1: Delivery of an aluminum effusion cell for the Gen20A
Part 2: Delivery of two gallium effusion cells for the MBE machine
Part 1. Aluminum effusion cell for the Gen20A machine fully compatible and tested in systemhGen20A. Design with two heating zones and two thermocouples with increased temperature stability and protection against material migration outside the crucible and into the cell. PBN crucible with SUMO design, cell operating temperature range up to at least 1200C, heating up to min.1300C.
Part 2. The subject of the order is the supply of two gallium effusion cells for the growth of (In,Ga,Al)N layers using the plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy (PAMBE) method. Cells fully compatible with the Veeco Gen20A system. Two-zone designand heating elements and two thermocouples, a conical crucible made of PBN with a capacity of at least 60 cm3, the operating temperature range during the cell is at least up to 1400C, heating at least up to 1400C.
