Description:
Subject of the order /CPV code: 3414910-0; 31158000-8/ is to produce, deliver, release and transfer by the Contractor to the contracting authority of ownership and take up factory warranty service:
a) 6 pieces of urban standard buses (maxi) powered by energy electric, low -floor,
b) 5 pieces of urban articulated buses (mega) powered by electricity, low -floor.
The scope of the basic order also applies to the supply of chargers
Detailed scope and principles of delivery of the subject of the basic order and the options are determined by SWZ, Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constituting Annex 8 to SWZ and the provisions of the contract template constituting Annex 7 to SWZ.
The Employer reserves the right to exercise the right of options, consisting in extending the order of 3 buses and 2 wired chargers
