Dear States, the name of the Polish Stock Paper S.A. I invite you to participate in the first stage of the purchasing procedure entitled: "Delivery of an electric dual storage trolley"-No. NO-230-190/25/Electronic interview of the preliminary offer, which is a scan of the offer (as a PDF file) printed and signed in a traditional form (pen + stamp) by persons authorized to represent or PDF file signed with an electronic signature qualified by persons authorized to representation, should be submitted in the form of an attachment via the EB2B purchasing platform ("Annex" tab) until 01.07.2025 at 12: 00 the question should be asked within the prescribed period, through the "Questions/Information" tab. The provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019 of the Public Procurement Law shall not apply to this purchasing process. Delivery is conducted on the basis of the Civil Code and internal regulations of PWPW S.A. In accordance with the requirements set out in the price inquiry.
