Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery by the Contractor to the Redzno Hospital of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Limited Liability Company of 70 electric hospital beds, each with a mattress according to the following specification: - electric pediatric hospital bed 7 pieces, - electric hospital bed for intensive care 1 piece, - electric hospital bed with full railings, columnar 57 pieces, - electric hospital bed with frames 5 pieces.2. A detailed description of the delivery item is set out in Annex 5 to the Specification.3. The Ordering Party does not accept used, refurbished or exhibition equipment, one year old production of each device: 2025.4. The Contractor will provide warranty for defects and quality guarantee for the equipment for a period of 24 months from the signing of the equipment acceptance protocol. 5. On the day of receipt of the subject of the order, the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with the documents indicated in the draft provisions of the contract. (Appendix No. 1 to SWZ).6. The place of delivery of the equipment is the Redzki Hospital of the Sacred Heart of Jesus limited liability company (ul. Wirki i Wigury 10, Roda Wielkopolska).7.
