Description:
The subject of the order is the conclusion of a framework agreement in which the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of placing an order for:
1) Delivery of up to 56 units of EMUs in the following versions:
- four-unit version - up to 28 units
- five-section unit - up to 28 units
together with technical documentation, incl. including construction documentation enabling the implementationconducting inspections at levels P1 - P5, including:
a) Granting a warranty for each EMU for a minimum period of 60 months,
b) Instructing the Operator's employees indicated by the Ordering Party
c) Granting a license for Software and Technical Documentation
2) Providing comprehensive service service and maintenancemaniowa for each EMU
with equipment (including ticket machines, validators) from level P1 to P4.
3) Delivery of a spare parts package.
