Description:
The subject of the order is the conclusion of a framework agreement in which the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of placing an order for the supply of up to 25 brand new multi-unit vehicles with at least 236 seats, with a total number of seats and standing places not less than 550, c.total maximum length of the vehicle - 98.5 m along with technical documentation, including construction documentation enabling inspections at levels P1 - P5, including: 1. Granting a warranty for each EMU for a minimum period of 60 months from the date of signing the final protocol vehicle,2. Instruction of the Operator's employees indicated by the Ordering Party, 3. Granting a license for Software and Technical Documentation, 4. Providing comprehensive service and maintenance services for each EMU with equipment (including ticket machines, validators) from level P1 to P4 within a period of 5 yearsfrom the date of final acceptance of each EMU, but no less than until the implementation, completion and release of a given EMU into operation after the first level 4 maintenance service, 5. Delivery of spare parts packages (2 sets specified in Annexes 2D_1 and 2D_2 to SWZ). Detailed Description pThe subject of the order is Annex No. 1C to the SWZ.
