Description:
The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement, in which the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of placing an order for:
1) Delivery of up to 56 EMUs in the following version:
- four-unit - up to 28 pcs
- five-unit - up to 28 pcs
with technical documentation, including construction documentation enabling executionconducting inspections at levels P1 - P5, including:
a)Granting a guarantee for each EMU for a minimum period of 60 months,
b)Instruction of the Operator's employees indicated by the Ordering Party
c)Granting a license for Software and Technical Documentation
2)Providing comprehensive service serviced and maintainedfor each EMU
with equipment (including ticket machines, validators) from level P1 to P4.
3) Delivery of a package of spare parts.
