- The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new, accident-free, free from construction, material and workmanship defects, of full value and with no signs of use, of an electric passenger car for the needs of the National Center for Agricultural Support, Field Branch in Wroclaw minimum technical and operational parameters and equipment specified in Annex No. 1 to SWZ - Scope and conditions of order execution1) The car must have an approval certificate appropriate for the given type of vehicle, issued in accordance with Art. 70d of the Act of 20 June 1997, Road Traffic Law2) The Ordering Party does not allow the Contractor to offer a car used for a test drive.3) The Ordering Party does not allow the Contractor to offer a car registered to a dealer.4) The car, together with a set of keys, documents and additional accessories, will be handed over at the Contractor's office, based on the delivery and acceptance protocol,5) The Ordering Party informs that the minimum technical and operational parameters and equipment are indicated in the offer form - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
