1. The subject of the order is the service "Delivery of electrical and lighting items for the needs of units
organizational RZGW in Gdańsk ".
2. The subject of the contract is the one -off delivery of electrical and lighting items indicated by the Employer to the following locations:
1): The management of the catchment in Chojnice,
Place of delivery: Mylof degree, Zapora 1, 89-642 Rytel,
2): The Buddle Board in Elbląg,
Place of delivery: the catchment board in Elbląg, ul. Warszawska 129, 82-300 Elbląg,
30: The management of the catchment in Tczew
Place of delivery: ZPH BFL in Przegalin - ul. Przegalińska 60, 80-690 Gdańsk
4): The management of the catchment in Toruń,
Father Jerzy Popiełuszko 3, 87-100 Toruń.
Detailed information on the subject of the contract, the scope of requirements and the terms of the contract is determined by:
- description of the subject of the contract - Annex 1 to SWZ,
- designed contract provisions - Annex 6 to SWZ.
The contracting authority does not divide into parts for the reasons indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ.
4. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers.
5. The Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility The award of the orders referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Law.
6. The Employer does not reserve the obligation to personally perform by the Contractor key parts of the contract.
