Description:
1. The subject of the Order is the supply of electrical equipment for Metropolis 98B vehicles (hereinafter also referred to as "parts"), divided into 15 tasks.
2. The scope of the Subject of the Order includes the supply of electrical equipment as part of the individual tasks indicated in the "List of electrical equipment for Metropolis 98-B vehicles
and delivery schedule 2026 - 2027" constituting Annex No. 1 to the Technical Specification, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and constituting its integral part (hereinafter referred to as "ST").
3. The Ordering Party requires the implementation of the Subject of the Order as part of partial deliveries
according to schedule deliveries and in the quantities indicated in Annex 1 to the ST. Within one batch indicated in the above-mentioned partial deliveries are not allowed in the schedule.
4. The delivered Subject of the Order must be brand new, unused (brand new, unused means original spare parts packed, showing no traces of use).
During the period equal to the period of the warranty granted by the Contractor, the Subject of the Order will be covered by warranty for defects.
6. The Subject of the Order will be completed in accordance with the procedure documentation, i.e. this ToR
and its annexes, in particular the ST and the contract template.
7. Whereas:
1) The Ordering Party purchased Metropolis 98B metro vehicles without a license for their production (due to the costs of such proceedings...
