Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of electrical materials (UPS) - according to the price form as part of task 43287 Jarosław. THE APPLICATION FORM must be sent by the deadline of January 13, 2026, at 22:00 directly on the platform purchasing using the Make an offer tab. After sending the application form, the documentation of the procedure will be sent at a later date. The Ordering Party reserves that the application form submitted after the deadline indicated above will remain without consideration. The Ordering Party reserves that it will not invite a contractor who is a party to a previously concluded contract(s) to place an order with the Ordering Party in the scope of which the contract has been terminated, the contract has been withdrawn, the execution of the contract has not commenced or contractual penalties were charged for the implementation of a significant obligation inconsistent with the provisions of the procurement contract, substitute performance in the scope of removing defects in the subject of the contract was entrusted to a third party at the expense of the Guarantor, any of the parties filed a lawsuit against the other party to the contract(s) concluded for the order with the Ordering Party, in the scope of which the contract was terminated, the contract was withdrawn, the implementation of the contract was not commenced or contractual penalties were charged for the implementation contrary to the provisions of the procurement contract.
