1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the building of the City Hall of Nowy Targ, street lighting and units of the Miasto Nowy Targ commune in the period from July 1, 2025. until June 30, 2026
2. Detailed data on the supply of electricity and how to make it:
1/ scopeOrders include the supply of energy in an amount of about 4 368 555 kWh,
2/ the indicated consumption is estimated and approximate, which only serves the valuation and then comparison of offers, and as a consequence does not constitute an obligation to the contracting authority to buy electricity in the given amount, which mayto be increased or reduced during the performance of the contract, and the settlement will be based on the actual electricity consumption in the facilities, as indicated by the meters,
3/ estimated electricity consumption in the above -mentioned period, contractual powers, tariffs for individualThe facilities and their characteristics were indicated in the statement, which is Annex 2 and 3 to this SWZ,
4/ Number of electricity collection points, ordered contractual powers may change, changes will be introduced in the form of an annex to the contract,
5/ increase in collection points or a change of grouptariff is only possible within the tariff groups that were included in SWZ and valued in the Contractor's offer form,
