Description:
1. The subject of the contract is: supply of electricity to the collection points of the Science and Technology Park in Opole Sp. z o.o - divided into parts:
1.1. part No. 1, Mon.: Supply of electricity to the collection points in the Science and Technology Park in Opole Sp. z o.o.
1.2. part No. 2, Mon.: Delivery electricity for the Science and Technology Park in Opole
To the collection point at the Public Service Center facility at ul. Witold Pilecki 1
in Opole.
2. Description of the subject of the contract:
2.1. In relation to part 1, it constitutes Annex 1a to SWZ;
a) The contracting authority requires that 50% be provided by the energy contractor came from renewable energy sources,
b) the contracting authority requires that this condition be met for each billing period,
in which the contractor provides energy. =,
c) the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with a document confirming the guarantees of origin
supplied energy Pursuant to the Act of February 20, 2015. About renewable energy sources
in the amount of min. 50% of the whole volume purchased.
2.2. In relation to Part 2, it constitutes Annex 1B to SWZ;
3. The applicant informs that he has the status of the recipient of the authorized person referred to in art. 2 point 2 lit. b -e of the Act of On October 27, 2022, extraordinary funds aimed at reducing the amount of electricity prices and the support of some recipients in 2023-2025.
