Description:
The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity in a fixed price model, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (hereinafter: the EP) by the Cracow University of Technology to electricity collection points. This order does not include distribution serviceselectricity.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract, containing locations and description of electricity acceptance points, is included in Annex 1 to SWZ constituting an integral part of this SWZ.
The contracting authority requires that the contractor has the concluded and applicable contract, i.e.A general distribution agreement, with a local distribution system operator (hereinafter: OSD), on the basis of which it can sell electricity via the DSO distribution network to all facilities indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ.Cracow University of Technology in a fixed model
