The Contractor must have the current general agreement for the provision of electricity distribution services with the Distribution System Operator (OSD) appropriate for the Employer (enabling the sale of electricity torecipients located in the area appropriate for the location of the contracting authority of the distribution system).
The sale of electricity will take place on the principles set out in the Act of April 10, 1997. - Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266) and in issued toof this act of implementing provisions.
The forecast electricity consumption determined by the Employer is indicative and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Employer to buy energyin the amount given.
