- 1. The subject of the contract includes the purchase of electricity for the buildings of the newly built sports complex of the Municipal Stadium in Katowice and street lighting of internal roads for the sports complex of the Municipal Stadium in Katowice within the meaning of art. 3 point 6a of the Act of 10April 1997 Energy Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended) implemented on the basis of the sales contract referred to in art. 5 para. 1 and para. 2 point 1 of this Act.
2. Forecasted electricity consumption during the period of the contract is a total of 3,550 642.25 kWh.
IndicatedThe amount of electricity is only an approximate value. The actual consumption of electricity will depend only on the actual needs of the Employer, except that, regardless of the size of the wearEnergy price.
3. The contracting authority requires that the amount of electricity supplied to be settled every month, based on the actual reading of the indications of the measuring system, according to the prices set out in the contractor's offer.
