1/Delivery of electricity to ordering facilities participating in the shopping group of the Jaworzno Commune in the period from 01/01/2026. 2/ The supply of electricity takes place within the meaning of the Act of April 10, 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266) to The needs of joint contracting authorities with a total volume of 41 394,092 MWh, the number of collection points according to Annex 3 to SWZ during the delivery period, i.e. from day 1/01/2026 by 31/12/2027, with the proviso that for individual electricity consumption points, specified in detail in Annex 3 to SWZ, the supply will start on the dates indicated there, but not earlier than after effective termination Energy supply contracts and a positively carried out procedure for changing the seller. The contractor will carry out all activities and arrangements from the DSO necessary to carry out the procedure for changing the seller and effectively starting the sale of electricity, in particular: notice existing comprehensive contracts, notifications for OSA new electricity sales contracts. The Contractor will perform these activities on the basis of relevant powers granted together with the conclusion of electricity sales contracts.
