The subject of the contract is the sale (delivery) of electricity (and redemption of electricity generated in the renewable energy installation) within the meaning of the Energy Law for the purposes of joint contracting authorities with a total volume of 30 746.43 MWh, the number of consumption points according to Annex 2_1 to SWZ during the delivery period.
